I understand that you protected [[Literal ghost]] from being moved due to conflicts on its movements. Discussion on the talk page of the article has restarted and though Werdnae (a sysop) and SnorlaxMonster ( a jr. sysop) have agreed to the movement, it can't be move due to that protection.
