For one, we don't let Anonymous edit for obvious reasons. And we don't have as many servers as Wikipedia has, so that's one of the reasons we enforce a daily limit on userspaces, as well as users only joining in for editing their own userpages. We're mostly here to contribute to the wiki in information.
