:Indeed, the Polish wiki is, unfortunately, dead. That doesn't mean the webmaster of a site can come here, and create an article promoting their site; it is borderline advertising, which is a bannable offense. And finally, your article did not meet the notability requirements, a wiki with barely over 180 articles is not really a popular site (at least yet). I hope you can understand my reasoning.
