:A lot of the anime move errors were removed because they were english dub only. If you looked at the points I pointed out to Vuvuzela, the move box tells how all Pokemon use the attacks. Not every Mewtwo can morph their hands, and the only reason that Mewtwo could do it was because Dr. Yung fused it with every single Pokemon in the world.
