Well...

Problem done. Ok? ht14 22:42, 18 March 2009 (UTC)

I see what you're doing. ...look through my pages and you'll see a page called User:Ht14/Outline. Use the template, and you don't have to cut and paste... ht14 22:48, 18 March 2009 (UTC)

Mainspace warning

after taking a look at your contributions, you have made 3 mainspace edits in February, and none in March. this is unacceptable. please start contributing to the mainspace, or your userspace privileges will be revoked. -- MAGNEDETH 22:09, 20 March 2009 (UTC)

I don't know why you were looking at my page, but what exactly do you mean by contributions. And if three is unacceptable, then what is acceptable? - unsigned comment from Lapras (talkcontribs)
i am watching everyone, all the time. speaking of, i left you a message here, not on my page. please keep the conversation in one place.
now, acceptable is a touchy word. some users make up to 2,000 mainspace edits in a month. im above average at around 700-1,000 edits a month. the average being about 500 or so, id say. users in the average zone keep userspace edits to a minimum. you have done the exact opposite. you have edited the userspace far more than the mainspace. this is a wiki, not a forum or chat. -- MAGNEDETH 00:33, 22 March 2009 (UTC)
If you would just tell me exactly what you mean by userspace and mainspace, I could understand what to do and what not to do. And the reason I don't like writing on my page is because this is supposed to be a FAQ page where I post FAQs that I get from users and around my neighborhood. Why else would I have an archive? ♥Lapras 00:39, 22 March 2009 (UTC) (I signed this time even though it's my page, Gosh)
no, this is a talk page. we use it for talking to one-another. if you want to write a FAQ, go to GameFAQs.
as for user- vs. main-space, THIS is your userpage just like THIS is my userpage.
a mainspace page is anything that doesnt start with a tag at all. like Lapras, Ash's Lapras, or Union Cave.
other spaces are Template, Appendix, or Bulbapedia.
also, please dont create a line break to add your signature, as it is against the rules. -- MAGNEDETH 00:48, 22 March 2009 (UTC)

For the last freakin' time, this is my FAQ page. Furthermore, you just took my whole comment off your userpage and put it on mine. A user named THE TROM just finished informing me that you can't remove comments that other users have made (no matter how annoying). And how is it that you're an administrator? I would love to see what twisted logic you've come up with this time, so please, reply soon.

Much ♥, Lapras 00:56, 22 March 2009 (UTC)

No, Lappy. This is not an FAQ page. This is your talk page, as indicated by the namespace being "User talk". If you want a strategy FAQ page, put it at User:Lapras/FAQ or something; but this is the page that's set aside for other users to give you messages. As for Trom, yes, the rule is that you can't remove comments, unless you're an administrator (though there are some loopholes to that, such as transferring the comment elsewhere to keep the conversation in line or deleting vandalism). As for Deth's position as an admin? this shows it pretty clearly.
Even then, you should keep edits to that page to a minimum; editing it and only it really doesn't help Bulbapedia. We're all about the facts, not the strategies of others (which is one of the reasons why my PotD is random based on a calculation made at the start of the day). Garchomp has high Speed and Attack, plus STAB Dragon and Ground moves? Whoo. Let a user who looks at it decide that it's good to use, rather than having a suggested moveset that constricts everyone to having the same moveset.
In closing, find a mainspace page (really most anything without a prefix like User: or Talk: or Template:) and see if you can help it. We do need synopses for some of the older episodes, and I think quite a few of those are Orange Islands ones, so take a look around for the episodes and then write down what happens in them. It's easy, and it helps you learn how to subtly say "Ash is a giant moron" without breaking the neutrality.
And don't linebreak your sig, man! TTEchidna 01:10, 22 March 2009 (UTC)

Final Warning

if you will not listen to us, the administrators, edit properly, and listen to our rules, you will be blocked for insubordination. -- MAGNEDETH 02:04, 22 March 2009 (UTC)

Okay...

So... you seem to... not... get the games. Seriously? Traded and leveled up? Have you ever owned a Gengar? It evolves immediately after the trade has completed, before you go back to the party screen.

And the Orange Islands saga was between late 1999 and the middle of 2000. Less than ten years ago. And you don't remember it? I remember it better than the Johto saga because at least it was more exciting.

Either way. Go out. Find the episodes (yes I do mean in that certain place on the tubes that you can find them at) and watch them, then write up a summary. Yay. I've done that and written up summaries for the episodes I never saw the first time around (though I did get lucky by finding these ones). TTEchidna 02:40, 22 March 2009 (UTC)

Hi

A guide to Bulbapedia is a very basic and well-written overview of the website; if you are still in doubt of anything this should hopefully clear it up. — THE TROM — 10:01, 22 March 2009 (UTC)

Talk Page Comments

Please don't erase talk page comments for no reason. Trust me, you do NOT want to end up like Big Johnno, who got into an edit war with a sysop over comments the former had erased and was trying to keep erased. That user ended up blocked and subsequently had every erased comment restored. ----freezingCOLD (page, talk) 19:23, 23 March 2009 (UTC)

Your FAQs

because you improperly moved your talk page, your FAQs were inadvertently deleted and are gone. but, it doesnt matter because, as stated, this is a talk page, not a FAQ page. also, please read up on proper wiki editing. it is clear youre not familiar with wiki editing, and thats a huge problem. -- MAGNEDETH 04:26, 24 March 2009 (UTC)
