Hello Kyokencl, my name is Scapler, and I am an editor on both Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons: see my userpages on [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Scapler Wikipedia] and the [http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Scapler Commons]. I recently rewrote the entry for [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Satoshi_Tajiri Satoshi Tajiri on Wikipedia], and added an image you uploaded to this site to the Wikimedia Commons [http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Satoshi_Tajiri.jpg here]. My question involves the image of Tajiri you uploaded to Bulbapedia: [[a:File:Satoshi tajiri.jpg|File:Satoshi tajiri.jpg]]. The description page specifies that it is in the public domain; are you the photographer/copyright holder of the work in question? If not, where did you find the image that it stated it was in the public domain? This information is needed for the image to successfully survive on Wikimedia Commons, since author information and source must be stated on the image's description page.
