By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links, see the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

100%

Just to let you know, the page does say at the top, "If the same item is present in both the 5% and 50% listing, the Pokémon will always (100%) hold the item when encountered in the wild.'. I don't know if that's what's actually used in the page though. Bluesun 02:04, 18 January 2011 (UTC)

Ah, cool. I'll go fix that page up then. Thanks. Gymnotide 05:00, 18 January 2011 (UTC)

Hi Moderators

Anyway, I was wondering if it was anywhere near plausible to create a page on Bulbapedia based on a sort of made up battle mechanic revolving around Flying-type, Levitate, Roost, Magnet Rise, Telekinesis, Iron Ball, Air Balloon, Ingrain, Sky Drop, Spikes / Toxic Spikes, Smack Down, etc. Over the past month, I've been playing around with the mechanics a little bit and I devised this little thread here: http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=253904 I feel like it's a bit dumb and redundant to say on every single page that "this move cannot affect targets that are Flying-type, have Levitate, is holding an Air Balloon, or is under the effect of Magnet Rise or Telekinesis, except if they are currently affected by Gravity, Ingrain, Roost, or Smack Down, or is holding Iron Ball." It makes it look like the mechanic is much more complex than it need be--all these effects interact with each other anyway... Gymnotide 12:50, 23 June 2011 (UTC)
