I compared Professor Oak's voice from AG133 (Stan Hart's) and BW001 (Carter Cathcart's) with his voice in BW109. It definitely sounds like Carter Cathcart's. Go listen to them if you want :P. Jo told me that her contact only said that Ortiz was not Bianca, as I suspected based on her edit history how she originally believed her to be Ortiz as well. Tara has therefore never been deconfirmed in any way, and with luck she'll give you an answer anyway. Regardless, there is nothing preventing her from being that role now (well, other than this site's self-preservationist mantra).
