: Thanks for contacting me. I am not trying to advertise my site, I just felt it should be listed among the other sites there. If you want evidence of popularity check rankings on alexa.com e.g. [http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/pokemondb.net]. Compare to other popular sites on the graph, [http://i.imgur.com/whTS2.jpg here's an example] with some others. Even if you take their numbers with a pinch of salt, we're clearly amongst those great sites. As far as I can tell there is no set criteria for website notability, everyone else has just added random sites that never seemed to be popular or notable in particular, half of the ones there only say "this is a website that was around for a few years and closed".
