Hi there, sory to bother you, but I need to upload a pic from the Anime to the Bulbapedia Archives, but it says I need to get an Admin's permission first? I tried uploading anyway but it told me that only Admins can upload. To be specific, the pic is fom The Ancient Puzzle Of Pokemopolis, to be used on the Unreleased Pokemon & Characters page.
