:If you are leaving the site and wish for your page to be deleted, staff will take care of that for you. The reason why you can't edit your page is because new users have to make a certain number of mainspace contributions before they are allowed to edit their userpages. I realize that you are not a new user, but you have not made any edits since this rule was put in place a long time ago. So, the restriction is having an effect on you as well. If you wish to stay, you simply need to make some contributions and you'll be able to edit your page again.
