The answer to your question is breeding. For example, if you were to get a female Darmanitan with Zen Mode from the Dream World and then breed it with any other Pokémon from the same Egg Group, there would be a 60% chance that the Darumaka hatched would have Inner Focus, and would evolve into a Zen Mode Darmanitan. (Actually, that's the example used on the [[Pokémon breeding]] page for passing on Hidden Abilities through breeding.) Now, this does make getting a shiny Zen Mode Darmanitan pretty hard, but using the [[Masuda method]] may help, although it still requires a large amount of patience because you might end up with a shiny Darumaka that doesn't have Inner Focus. :Yeah, I think that would work. Darmanitan has a 50/50 gender ratio, so you could probably get a female one, and then breed it. Just warning you though, you will need a LOT of patience and you CANNOT use a Ditto when breeding (the Ability wouldn't be passed down).
