I think that because their's been many new introduced of the rivals' Pokémon recently, (Paul's Weavile, Murkrow, and Torterra.) As well as the fact that their's been lots of new Pokémon debuts, (Bronzong, Garchomp, Sheloss, Misamgius, Hippopotas, and Shieldon, that's only most of them.)
