This is my little theory page, please if you have any comments I'd like to hear them.
I'll update the listings every time a characters team changes, so by the end of Best Wishes and my listing is exactly the same as the character's rosters, don't think I got all of them right. You should look through the history though, because there are some odd ones that I have since got rid of.

Egg → Scraggy → Scrafty♂	He'll master Focus Blast in the upcoming BW105. Scraggy will evolve while protecting his friend Axew from Team Rocket. Moxie Hi Jump Kick, Focus Blast, Fire Punch and Head Smash.
Sewaddle → Swadloon → Leavanny♂	Swarm String Shot, Energy Ball, X-Scissor and Swords Dance.
Palpitoad → Seismitoad♂	Palpitoad will team up with Cilan's Stunfisk in a tag battle rematch against the subway bosses on the Tubeline bridge and evolve into Seismitoad, beating Chandelure and Eelektross with his partner and friend. Poison Touch Mud Shot, Hydro Pump, Sludge Wave and Drain Punch.
Roggenrola → Boldore → Gigalith♂	Now that Trip's Gurrdurr has been shown to evolve, I'm not sure whether Boldore will evolve and if it will involve trading. Sturdy If it stays as a Boldore: Sandstorm, Flash Cannon, Rock Blast and Rock Smash. If it evolves into Gigalith: Flash Cannon, Rock Blast, Rock Smash and SolarBeam.
Sandile → Krokorok → Krookodile♂	Intimidate Dig, Stone Edge, Dragon Claw and Aerial Ace.
Larvesta → Volcarona♂	Flame Body Bug Buzz, Flare Blitz, Quiver Dance and Hurricane.
Solosis → Duosion → Reuniclus♀	Magic Guard Psychic, Recover, Dizzy Punch and Focus Blast.

Tauros♂	It will be revealed that Ash always battles with the leader of the herd. Anger Point Take Down, Double Team, Work Up and Hyper Beam.
Snorlax♂	Thick Fat Body Slam, Hyper Beam, Ice Punch and Rest.
Heracross♂	Guts Megahorn, Sleep Talk, Focus Punch and Hyper Beam.
Chikorita → Bayleef♀	Overgrow Vine Whip, Body Slam, Light Screen and Petal Dance.
Cyndaquil → Quilava♂	Blaze Flamethrower, Eruption, Aerial Ace and Wild Charge.
Totodile → Croconaw♂	Totodile will win a one on one match early in the league. Later, while training for the full battles he evolves into Croconaw and then goes on to defeat two of Georgia's Pokémon before being defeated. Torrent Water Gun, Slash, Aqua Tail and Ice Fang.
Noctowl♂	Insomnia Hypnosis, Sky Attack, Air Slash and Extrasensory.
Egg → Phanpy → Donphan♂	Sturdy Rollout, Hidden Power, Hyper Beam and Thunder Fang.
Taillow → Swellow♂	Guts Aerial Ace, Double Team, Steel Wing and Mirror Move.
Treecko → Grovyle → Sceptile♂	Overgrow Quick Attack, Leaf Blade, SolarBeam and Leaf Storm.
Corphish → Crawdaunt♂	Evolves after league and Interruption arc in a filler saga. Hyper Cutter Crabhammer, Bubblebeam, Swift and Night Slash
Torkoal♂	White Smoke Overheat, Iron Defense, Body Slam and Heat Wave.
Snorunt → Glalie♂	Ice Body Double Team, Headbutt, Ice Beam and Gyro Ball.
Starly → Staravia → Staraptor♂	Intimidate Aerial Ace, Brave Bird, Close Combat and U-turn.
Turtwig → Grotle → Torterra♂	We'll see a win from him hopefully. Overgrow Synthesis, Energy Ball, Rock Climb and Leaf Storm.
Chimchar → Monferno → Infernape♂	Blaze Dig, Flamethrower, Mach Punch and Flare Blitz.
Buizel♂	Swift Swim Water Gun, Aqua Jet, Ice Punch and Razor Wind.
Gligar → Gliscor♂	Yes, I believe he did return to Oak's. Sand Veil X-Scissor, Fire Fang, Giga Impact and Stone Edge.
Gible♂	Sand Veil Dig, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse and Rock Smash.

Iris

Iris will take her new friends to the village of dragons after her Axew evolves once. While they are there she will demonstrate skills almost up to the standard of the elder, to which she is very impressed. After Ash loses to Drayden the first time, they have another one on one battle, with Iris coming out triumphant over Drayden, with the Elder watching. She is later beaten by Ash in a battle to determine whether or not his training was enough for him to take on Drayden again. After Ash beats Georgia, Iris begins to really bond with her and their rivalry ends. At the end of the filler saga, Drayden and the Elder both begin calling Iris a Dragon Master and she offered the title of Opelucid gym leader, at first she declines, but Ash and Cilan both convince her to take the job, so she dose.
Axew → Fraxure → Haxorus♂	Axew will evolve into Fraxure after he manages to defeat Georgia's Beartic in battle. He'll later defeat Pikachu in the battle at the Opluecid gym and have a long and hard battle with Scrafty before losing. He'll evolve at the end of the filler saga, just as May's Blaziken did. Mold Breaker Dragon Rage, Outrage, Giga Impact and Dragon Claw.
Drilbur → Excadrill♂	Excadrill will also defeat Georgia's Beartic, but before Axew. Sand Rush Dig, Drill Run, Metal Claw and Focus Blast.
Emolga♀	Emolga will grow jealous of Burgundy's Dewott after Dewott begins taking notice of Oshawott, but after he evolves, she forgets about him. Emolga and Skivvy’s story will come to a climax in a battle between the two where Snivy evolves. Emolga begins to get over her lazy ways after she rescues a group of Patrat from a flood.* Static Attract, Discharge, Volt Switch and Hidden Power.
Dragonite♂	Inner Focus Flamethrower, Thunder Punch, Ice Beam and Dragon Rush.

Cilan

Cilan will carry on being awesome: he'll carry on fishing, he'll carry on being a detective, he'll appear in more of Luke's movies, he'll keep freaking out over trains. Most of all Cilan will be certified an S-class connoisseur during the filler saga and will stay in Unova to help Burgundy become a better Conaisseuse.
Pansage♂	Pansage will be defeated eventually by Burgundy's Dewott once she becomes a higher rank Conaisseuse. Pansage will continue to be as awesome as his trainer. Gluttony Bite, Solarbeam, Dig and Seed Bomb.
Dwebble → Crustle♂	I think Crustle's winning streak is leading up to something, I predict that he'll lose due to Shell Smash and become depressed when his 'home' is destroyed. Cilan and Pansage will work to help him overcome this. Sturdy X-Scissor, Shell Smash, Rock Slide and Rock Wrecker.
Stunfisk♂	Stunfisk will battle the subway Bosses' Eelektross and Chandelure, alongside Seismitoad after he evolves from Palpitoad and they'll win together. Like anyone and anything associated with Cilan, he'll continue being awesome. Static Mud Bomb, Scald, Sludge Bomb and Thunder.

Jessie

Woobat → Swoobat♀	Unaware Air Slash, Gust and Heart Stamp.
Frillish♀	Water Absorb Bubblebeam, Ominous Wind, Bind and Energy Ball.
Wobbuffet♂	When he returns he'll be suprisingly awesome. Shadow Tag Counter, Mirror Coat and Safeguard.
Seviper♀	Remember how she was back in her debut? Well she'll be that strong and clever all the time. Shed Skin Poison Tail, Wrap, Poison Fang and Sludge Wave.
Yanma → Yanmega♀	Probably won't get to see her until the filler saga. Speed Boost Ancientpower, Steel Wing, Silver Wind and Hyper Beam.

James

Yamask → Cofagrigus♂	Mummy Shadow Ball, Night Shade, Haze and Will-O-Wisp.
Amoonguss♂	Effect Spore Sludge Bomb, Clear Smog, Spore and Bide.
Mime Jr.♀	James will still baby her and she'll still welcome the attention but she will battle a lot more. Filter Mimic, Tickle, Teeter Dance and Psychic.
Carnivine♀	James will still baby her and she'll still welcome the attention but she will battle a lot more. Levitate Bullet Seed, Bind, Leaf Tornado and Power Whip.

Tranquill → Unfezant♂	After he is shown to have evolved he'll battle Ash's Unfezant, where she beats him. Super Luck Aerial Ace, Work Up, Detect and Razor Wind.

Lampent → Chandelure♂	Flame Body Shadow Ball, Will-O-Wisp, Heat Wave and Psychic.

Piplup♂	They'll probaly want to give him his own episode during her return. Torrent Hydro Pump, Drill Peck, Ice Beam and Headbutt.
Buneary♀	Template:S hints, and lots of them. I don't see either of these abilities being shown in the anime. Bounce, Ice Beam, Dizzy Punch and Thunderbolt.
Pachirisu♀	Again, I'm not sure about these abilities. Spark, Sweet Kiss, Discharge and Super Fang.
Swinub → Piloswine → Mamoswine♀	She'll learn Blizzard so that they can still perform the Flame-Ice combo, a stronger Ice attack for a stronger flame. Oblivious Take Down, Hidden Power, Ice Fang and Blizzard.
Egg → Cyndaquill → Quilava → Typhlosion♂	We can't have two members of the main cast have the same Pokémon, that's why May's Bulbasaur and Squirtle evolved. A Typhlosion will also make up for Piplup not evolving. Blaze Flame Wheel, Eruption, Fire Pledge and Overheat.
Togekiss♀	Serene Grace Aura Sphere, Sky Attack, Air Slash and Safeguard.
Jigglypuff♀	Dawn has gone to Hoenn, where Jigglypuff remained, specifically the Trick House the viewers last saw her in. This could be the only way of bringing her back. Dawn could help Jigglypuff to materialize her Sing attack. (Maybe later though...) Cute Charm Sing, Double Slap, Hyper Voice and Rollout.
