Although he originally appeared as a minor character in this chapter, he redesigned the electric mecha hidden inside [[New Mauville]] so it could fly and helped {{adv|Sapphire}} return to the ruins of [[Sootopolis City]] and participate in the final battle by heavily recharging {{TP|Sapphire|Minun}} and {{TP|Ruby|Plusle}}. It is also revealed that he likes to visit different [[region]]s, such as [[Johto]] and [[Fiore]], to improve his designs.

The Trick Master is revealed to have helped {{adv|Emerald}}, recommending him to [[Earl Dervish]]'s [[Pokémon academy]] and building his outfit and equipment.

{{adv|Emerald}} calls him Cobbler as one of the first things he did with Emerald was measure his shoe size.

In ''[[PS337|Epilogue]]'', he makes a cameo appearance on a boat heading to the {{Gdis|Battle Frontier|III}}.

In ''[[PS548|Epilogue: Graduation Ceremony]]'', the Trick Master briefly appeared in the [[International Police]] office with {{adv|Green}}.

More recently, the Trick Master is seen watching a news report about a giant meteoroid that threatens to destroy the world. Later, the Trick Master is called to [[Sootopolis City]] to assist in stopping the meteoroid.
