Two Questions

1. Can we add ==Welcome to the top of the template?

2. Can an admin (*coughs at TTEchidna*) make a bot that will automatically put this on a user's talk page when their account is created?

That can be done, sure.

Bytes

Automatic signature!

I figured out how to do an automatic signature! Check here and here! I can't add it because only sysops can edit the template. Here's the code I used:

--~<noinclude></noinclude>~<noinclude></noinclude>~<noinclude></noinclude>~

Grammar error

Perhaps we should turn it into show-hide sections when we get that coding up and running? You can't really stop users from ignoring it, but if it looks like a less daunting read (divided into sections, etc), then people might read at least part of it.
