::::::I know I probably don't have much say in it, but I have a feeling 80% of new users wont read the welcome thing, even if it's all links, even if it becomes a small block of text, even if it stays as a big block of text. I'm not saying we should get rid of it, just...we should make sure the new users will read it, so they don't make any stupid mistakes. Well, that's just what I think anyway. :::::::TBH, links to policy pages are the only way I see new members reading up on policies...perhaps by trying to make the pages rather interesting to read, more newcomers will read up.
