I don't think that it is appropriate to consider him "in training" because [[Ash]]'s page says he is released, because he cannot be called upon at any time like [[Ash's Charizard|Charizard]] and [[Ash's Squirtle|Squirtle]] can. So, I am going to revert to the version by [[User:Pie|Pie]]. I know that in Spurt he appears with Ash's Oaked Pokemon, but he does not fit the definition of in training. :Just because Ash never ''has'' called on Primeape doesn’t mean he can’t. In the dub, he leaves it to be trained into a P1 champion.
