Release information

This card was as a Wizards Black Star Promo released through the Pokémon League in August 2000. In the United Kingdom, it was made available to people who visited the special Pokémon exhibition at the Millennium Dome in September 2000. In Japan, it was available as an Unnumbered Promotional card and was included in copies of Meowth's Party, released on October 27, 1999. This print features the Pikachu Records logo in place of an expansion symbol. It was later reprinted in the Japanese Pokémon Web expansion using the e-Card Series layout.
