Well, I can imagine why there's no mention of this - probably because someone deleted a sentence instead of redoing it so it would fit in with Bulbapedia's style of writing. But to my point, there's no mention that the Plant Cloak comes from tall grass, the Sandy Cloak comes from a cave, and the Trash Cloak comes from a building. I went here to try to find and learn this, and when I couldn't, I went to Wikipedia, the source for ''less'' information on Pokémon. Seriously, people...
