Wouldn't this be the same person as Shannon Conley? Not only is the last name a clear tip-off, but her voice isn't too far off, either. Conley is known for having an older-type voice (whereas Jacobanis is a maternal-type), and Conley's other roles such as Abigail Brand and Urd show she was not only active at the time but also the closest available match.
