:I am not really seeing it myself, likely due to lack of sleep. However, the only map I can see that would use Waterfall is the B2F map. B2F Inner can only be accessed from a cave door. So, likely the entrance is at the bottom portion of the B2F map, which has a single ladder heading up into a B1F map.
