:I agree that there are significant problems with the encounter rates listed...for example, I've not been able to find a Deino on level 3 in Pokemon Black, despite looking for a while. This experience was also found by someone who looked thoroughly [http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/989552-pokemon-black-version/58424330 here]. Decided to do a few tests before posting this, in 25 encouters on 3F (mid), I met 9 Woobat (36%), 8 Durant (32%), 6 Boldore (24%), 2 Mienfoo (8%). This is consistent with the rates given for the other floors 2-6, so I'm switching floor 3 to that category...if there were a 20% chance to meet a Fraxure on level 3, there's less than a 1/250 (0.4%) chance that I wouldn't have met one in 25 encounters.
