On the guy who speaks English in the Japanese version

He speaks another language in the English version, which I'm not very sure of...

"Salut, Trainer! Tu aimes les Pokémon?"

If 'Yes': "Moi aussi! C'est génial!"

If 'No': "J'ai du mal à te croire... Il n'y qu'à vous regarder!"

What is the language? - unsigned comment from Jayc (talkcontribs)

this is french i believe--PG1 FTW! 14:15, 20 March 2009 (UTC)

It means:

"Hello Trainer! Do you like Pokémon?"

If 'Yes': "Me too! That's great!"

If 'No': "I don't believe you... I could tell it on sight!" Trivia?--MisterE13 14:32, 20 March 2009 (UTC)

Do you think that the article should mention which languages he speaks in other versions besides the Japanese and English versions? For example, I know that in the Spanish version, he speaks in English, just like in the Japanese version (see this Spanish thread here: [1]). I wonder if anybody knows what languages he speaks in other language versions... Blaziken257 18:46, 23 October 2009 (UTC)

Game Freak likes to mix it up sometimes. There's really no other explanation that i can think of. Volcronaperson 00:08, 17 March 2012 (UTC)

Similarity to Lilycove City

Both Lilycove City and Veilstone City have a Department store and a headquarters of villainous team(s). Should this be added to trivia? Ariano 17:42, 19 March 2012 (UTC)

Eighth Largest City

I couldn't help but notice that both Veilstone and Celadon are stated on their pages to be the eighth largest city in the Pokemon World. It might just be me but they do not look the same size. Perhaps a list of cities by size could be compiled to avoid confusion like this? Sormeki 14:25, 19 May 2012 (UTC)
