Move/Merge with Jamboree

If this article is merged with Jamboree, then Legendary Collection 2 should be merged as well, and the combined article should then be moved to something like Unreleased Sets. But that's just my opinion... -- Nick15 01:15, 13 March 2011 (UTC)

Or at least Jamboree, LC2, this article and Crosstrainer should be given the category "Unreleased Sets". -- Nick15 01:19, 13 March 2011 (UTC)
The idea behind it is that there is no real evidence that this was expected to appear: it doesn't even have a name. Correlations and similarities make it out to be a beta form of Jamboree. There is a thread on the Gym somewhere that brings this to light in a much more detailed way than I am willing to state right now. MaverickNate 01:22, 13 March 2011 (UTC)
My understanding of it--and remember, I was there at the time--was that this was a completely different set, unrelated to Jamboree. That is to say, Jamboree was supposed to be a reprint set (undoubtedly containing all the cards left that Wizards never printed but still had the rights to, like the rest of Vending) while this Unnamed Wizards Set was supposed to be one that Wizards would have created themselves from scratch. If it really gets down to it, I'll dig up my chats with Team Compendium and the Wizards' Master Trainers which discussed the details of Jamboree in detail; unless my memory has failed me, I don't recall the MT's ever saying anything about Jamboree being what this Wizards-made set would have been, otherwise I'm sure I would have merged the page for this article with Jamboree back on my website back in 2003 (that is to say, there wouldn't have been two articles to begin with here at Bulbapedia).
So again, if this article is merged with Jamboree, fine, but merge LC2 with it so that all three form an article Unreleased Sets; there is NOTHING between this set and Jamboree that was related, expect for the fact that both of them (along with LC2) were unreleased sets, that it was Wizards who had planned to release it, and that they involve Pokemon somehow. That's it. -- Nick15 10:48, 10 December 2011 (UTC)
