:Nope, since it was only single-type Water during its appearance in the anime. We do the same thing with, for instance, [[Ethan (anime)|Ethan's Magnemite and Magneton]], which appeared in the Orange Islands season (before they were Electric/Steel), and have pure-Electric-colored infoboxes.
