::Not that it would be impossible to get this move to be a STAB. You'd need to sketch it to a Smeargle, and then use it. Then it would gain stab from Smeargle as long as Smeargle’s type is still normal and not affected by a type changing move like Conversion and that the Smeargle does not hold a Cassette. The Smeargle could of course hold a Cassette, but then the added step of changing Smeargle's type to match the Cassette somehow comes into affect as well as having the move Techno Buster sketched.
