Does Synchronize work if the poké is dead but at the front of the party? <small>- unsigned comment from Camzoman (talk • contribs) </small> | Does Synchronize work if the poké is dead but at the front of the party? <small>- unsigned comment from Camzoman (talk • contribs) </small> | ||
:No it doesn't. Also, the correct term is fainted and not dead. I'm not entirely sure that this is correct... Although there may be mitigating circumstances that I'm not aware of. In my Platinum gamee I've been trying to capture a female Scyther with an Adamant nature so that I can breed an adamant technician, after catching five Scyther while having an Adamant Kirlia with Synchronize leading my party, none of them have had an adamant nature. Although, I realize that the Syncronize ability only infers a 50% probability to encountering a Pokémon with the same nature and it is more than possible to flip a coin to the same side five times in a row... But it seemed strange to me. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this might be happening? If not I guess I'll just keep trying and I'll gather more data on the situation as I go... --Ender Phoenix 01:44, 27 December 2009 (UTC) |
