There is a region in the brain called the striatum. It is important for regulating fine motor control and the reward pathways in the brain. It is also connected to addiction. Could the city name be a (''very'' vague) reference to this area of the brain? Probably not but it's possible.. I happen to know that the amount of Persim Berries obtained in here in B2W2 is more than just one, but I don't know how many.
