:Rather than anything meta-related, I think it's more evidence of his aloofness - this, along with at the end of the Enigma Crystal event when he reveals that ''he hasn't even bothered to learn your name''. In the tag listing the NPCs of Kanto and the Sevii Islands it includes Steven Stone. Shouldn't he be in NPCs of Hoenn? Because I'm sure he never appears in FRLG. | |||
