Does Sand Power only raise your own moves, or everyone on the field while your out? (Pialga92)

In the manga?

I noticed that in the manga, this ability seems to have the effects of Sand Rush instead. I was wondering if this was an error we should mention. Or did it just get placed on the wrong page? I don't have the manga, so I can't check or anything. Thanks! Crystal Talian 09:52, 22 January 2012 (UTC)

I noticed that, too. I'm going to move it over to Sand Rush, but if anyone that can look in the manga thinks it would be better here, they can put it back. EnosShayrem^Talk 07:34, 20 February 2013 (UTC)
