As of bulbapedia (=: bp) round does not come from VIZ' (lousy) official english release and not from Chuang Yi's english relase. :I can only agree. After checking multiple raws, I've not found anything like ラウンド, which would've probably been used. As Bernd said, the "rounds" are simply called 第X話 VS Pokémon. 話 means ''speech'', but is used as a counter word for the chapter, so the English translation would be something like 385. chapter, which is nowhere near ''round''.
