== Natures ==

I believe the nature is set upon your first encounter with the Shadow Pokémon, not when it is snagged.  For example, I defeated Snattle's Lunatone, which sent it to Miror B.  I then used soft resetting to attempt to capture one of the nature I desired, but all three times I tried the nature remained the same. :I can confirm that it's upon meeting the Pokemon, rather than when catching them. Everything is set in stone the moment they're sent out into battle.
