-:: Hyper Potion really is in both tables - the "rare" and the "non-rare" one (see memory stuff, later), so for the 1-10 tier there really are two sets of numbers that result in a Hyper Potion. Note, however, the the 5%/3% very likely is wrong and that 4%/4% has been seen in Emerald and Lv91-Lv100-Sinnoh.
