possible higher shinny encounter chance?
I'm not sure if this is the best place to discuss this, but could there be a higher encounter rate for shinny Pokémon in the park?
When I had silver still working (battery died) on two occasions I encountered Shiny Hoothoots. So is there some explanation.

Shinx Encounters
I did research on the chance of encounter with Shinx while using Sinnoh sound on Thursday. Out of 100 pokémon, and I ran into Shinx 26 times, at levels 10 and 12. KurosakisTwin 23:21, 15 July 2010 (UTC)
