I am questioning this, because as far as I remember, when the first movie was done (July 1998 Japan), the prequel about his childhood didn't exist yet. The prequel story first aired as a radio drama (September 1999) and much later as a short anime. Furthermore, in the prequel it says that all memories from his childhood were erased. | |||
