http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Striking_Back_Mewtwo_(10th_Movie_Promo) Likely an oversight given it's a Japanese promo, but it mentions the far less notable Dragonite based on his messenger in the TCG section. ;p Seems most, if not all, of the other cards from that promotional set aren't listed on their respective basis' pages, either. I wouldn't even know how to go about adding the section for some of them, so I'll leave it to someone that does.
