Something about this move has always bothered me... The fact that it's a bug-type move using horns, yet there's no way for a Pinsir to learn it. Not even by breeding. Doesn't anyone else find that bothersome? --Someone Else 19:50, 4 February 2008 (UTC)

Pisnir has less horns than pinsirs...--336Darth157Cookie168Monster141 19:57, 4 February 2008 (UTC)

Ariados has a horn though. One wonders why it can't learn Megahorn. - Buddy

Megahorn is a very powerful move. A Pokemon must have at least a strong horn in order to use it. - Tony YKS, replied at 10:55PM, 3/11/2011 (Hong Kong Standard Time)

One more thing. The translation of this move in Hong Kong was changed. In order to state the difference between 2 translations, I translated the meaning of the new translation. - Tony YKS, posted at 10:55PM, 3/11/2011 (Hong Kong Standard Time)

There were a lot of translation change for moves in the Mandarin dub too. Some of them are mistranslations, e.g. 重擊=>過熱(Overheat), and 玻璃攪拌器=>青草攪拌器(Leaf Tornado). It's assumed that the corrected name would have a similar meaning related to the Japanese (or sometimes English) name. The similarities with Horn Attack is probably a coincidence, but it's nice to hear that the Cantonese dub has made some corrections. (The Taiwanese dub of BW019 still uses 兆幅音頻... ><) --超龍對話 16:47, 3 November 2011 (UTC)

Trivia

I added in the trivia that only 3 pokémon get STAB from it. MasterGiygas 23:34, 20 December 2011 (UTC)

Breeding

What's the point of Heracross being in the breeding section, if it can learn it via level-up? Marked +-+-+ (talk) 22:05, 6 July 2012 (UTC)
