:::No, because the anime doesn't have set starter Pokémon, and they're not always given by professors. Tons of trainers start out with a family Pokémon or a random Pokémon they befriended. Iris's starter Pokémon for example was Drillbur, Brock's was Onix, so on and so forth. Yellow is very much a black sheep in the main series as far as starter Pokemon goes, and Eevee isn't even an option for the player, so I don't think that should count; likewise, XD is side series, not main series.
