When Lugia used Aeroblast, a nuch of seperate beams shot out of its mouth and then converged into one. That differs too much to be Hyper beam. It's Aeroblast. For some reason you people dont like me contributing to past discussions so I'm posting my answer to the post directly above. Compare Aeroblast used by another Lugia (a blue beam) with the one used by this Lugia (golden). There is no way they are the same attack and it is obviously a dramatic Hyper Beam.
