== Sort keys ==
Hi! I added sort keys for the prefix column where sensible, so that each region's serial numbers would sort in order. Since codes don't use the digits '0' and '1', they are swapped out for 'Z' and 'A' in the prefixes, but leaving them as such makes them sort very weirdly (as 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,1,0)...
Sorting them this way helps show that regions like Japan have kept an order throughout all four years (with codes 01-11, 14, 16-22, 24-33, 35-36, 44-47, 51 currently known)
