Jirachi

The giveaway's not until the end of the month, how the heck do we know what the Wonder Card says already?! - unsigned comment from Missingno. Master (talkcontribs) 00:03, 2 February 2010 (UTC)

Speaking of Jirachi, I did ask about the Jirachi event relating to the date that Serebii posted to a Gamestop employee, who does know a little about it, so it is not a complete rumor, though we'll have to wait until an official source on it pops up before it can be posted here. -Tyler53841 23:40, 2 February 2010 (UTC)
OK, I ask again. If the event hasn't even started yet, how do we know what the Wonder Card says?!?! - unsigned comment from Missingno. Master (talkcontribs) 16:41, 22 February 2010 (UTC)
Because the event was leaked already. -Sketch 11:51, 24 February 2010 (UTC)
I talked with a gamestop employee the day before the event ended. He said it had ended about 4 months prior. He was referring to the spring event and apparently wasn't in the know of the summer event. KurosakisTwin 08:49, 22 July 2010 (UTC)

Goon Scizor

It says "available from June until July 15th" yet on a different page states it is available until Japan only. I am changing this page to reflect the official release, since it IS available in Japan only.- unsigned comment from chadachada123 (talkcontribs)

Satoshi's Pikachu

Ugh, ANOTHER Pokemon that is listed as "available in Wi-Fi" and being only available in Japan? I'm not even a Mod and I shouldn't have to tell you guys to •verify countries before labelling an event as "available"•- unsigned comment from chadachada123 (talkcontribs)

Firstly, calm down. That comment is rather rude. Secondly, when did "Available by Wi-Fi" start to mean "Available worldwide"? Yes, it should probably be put that it's Japan only, but just because it isn't doesn't mean that it's wrong, it was just missing some information. Thirdly, the page isn't protected. If you see something wrong then just fix it, You don't need to complain about it as well. Werdnae (talk) 03:07, 21 July 2010 (UTC)
@chadachada123- Why aren't previous Events set to this standard for Wi-Fi Gift based Events? Why aren't English Wi-Fi Events, and just Japan Wi-Fi Events only set like this? I think this is a little extreme. Everyone makes mistakes and don't pay attention to previous formatting, which I've just done now. I'm not a part of Staff nor own this wikipage. The same goes for you. Nigoli 04:40, 21 July 2010 (UTC)

The Wonder Card template needs updating.

Minor update, but at least B/W needs to be in there. Turtwig Lover 04:26, 22 October 2010 (UTC)

You guys sure that it's 10/22? (PKMN Smash Kumasyun)

I managed to get it in 10/21. Granted, my time zone's very close to Japan time... Turtwig Lover 15:49, 28 October 2010 (UTC)

According to the official site, the promotion began on the 22nd. I got mine on the 21st as well; it's just a difference of time zones. Kamen no Otoko 15:53, 28 October 2010 (UTC)

Confirming ID 05080 for Europe VGC10 Eevee

  • Noting this in the interest of preserving accuracy: For other events and VGC09 the ID of event giveaways changed in different regions due to different distribution dates. VGC10 provides an exception, as seen here (01:01). Fake versions were made with different IDs (e.g. 05290 for UK) but these were made in advance and were undermined by the ID not being region-corrected as anticipated. - Miraglyth 16:52, 13 February 2011 (UTC)
