"Currently, no Pokémon is known to learn Cold Flare by any means"

But how did we get a picture of it if we don't know which Pokémon can learn it? Isn't Kyurem using it in the picture? --~~☆Flyingtypefan☆~~ •Talk• Spookiness• 02:33, 1 November 2010 (UTC)

Apparently nobody got to making the table yet. But it seems to be one of the signature moves of Kyurem, along with Freeze Bolt. --ケンジガール 02:48, 1 November 2010 (UTC)
Actually, it's true. No Pokémon can learn Cold Flare or Freeze Bolt as of Black and White. It's widely speculated that these moves may be given to Kyurem in a third version. I assume that's why Kyurem is using it in the page image: Since no Pokémon can legitimately learn it, one had to be hacked to know the move—and why not use the Pokémon most fans assume will get the move in the end? --AndyPKMN 10:54, 1 November 2010 (UTC)

Metranome?

Since these moves are legitametly not in Black and White, can metranome become either of these two moves? Diamond Lanturn CodeName: 05308 19:02, 10 February 2011 (UTC)

In Gen I, you have the possibility that by using Metronome, your Pokémon ends up using Kinesis, so yes. hfc2X 04:27, 17 April 2012 (UTC)
When I was playing against my friend,it said (Pokémon) used Ice Burn and both the games froze!Just Froze!--Shravs (Nuvema Gym) 16:34, 30 May 2012 (UTC)
I'd say that was just a coincidence. The move is usable via Metronome without any problems. hfc2X 20:55, 12 November 2012 (UTC)
