Needs Picture

Can anyone get a picture of the hotel for the article? Thanks. The Jigglypuff Ninja 18:10, 10 February 2009 (UTC)

Items Section

I fixed it up with a template to make it look nicer. Didn't add the Pokétch app, though, since it isn't technically an item. Grammernatzi 10:27, 7 July 2010 (UTC)

Items Section to be Moved to Valor Lakefront

The location "Hotel Grand Lake" is not a location recognized by the caption that appears top-left of the screen when you cross a programmed "line" nor is it part of the Town Map, or at least in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Versions. That is why I propose the items section be moved to the Valor Lakefront Items section, which is a location recognized by the caption that appears top-left of the screen when you cross a programmed "line" and is it part of the Town Map. Plus the items are outside just like the other items in the Valor Lakefront article. --Wildgoosespeeder 03:27, 27 January 2012 (UTC)

There are several in game locations that do not have the location caption on it, but we still mention it. Hotel Grand Lake is a notable resort and note that when one enters Hotel Grand Lake it does not say the "Valor Lakefront" caption (If I remember correctly). I think for organizational reasons the items should stay as they are, since they are found in Hotel Grand Lake after all. --Pokemaster97 16:35, 30 January 2012 (UTC)
The current edits could spread confusion, as it did with me on where to find items. I looked at GameFAQ guides to make sure I didn't miss anything and things here didn't match up so well compared to there. I never said to get rid of the Hotel Grand Lake article, just the item section to be moved to Valor Lakefront. --Wildgoosespeeder 02:33, 31 January 2012 (UTC)
Ultimately the game coding just mentions Hotel Grand Lake with a sign but the Town Map says different. Bulbapedia doesn't have articles about things that only one sign mentions and that is the only reference. When that happens, articles just have it as a side note of the related article. One could argue to just join the two articles but I won't go that far. --Wildgoosespeeder 02:33, 31 January 2012 (UTC)
