Shouldn't Jirachi be moved to the befriends list? Because he/she CAN befriend you and it says right there "Is befriended once every bonus has been achieved in Venusaur's Vine Swing."

When I was looking at the friend's section here, I saw a giant hole, is it just my computer or is it the page itself?
