:::::::::Not really, because plasma is already dead when Getis attacks you. He's just attacking you in anger, not in anyway connected to penance. Penance would not make sense when talking about Getis making a desperate move to try to try to get revenge for destroying his dream. Besides, he wasn't really the sort of person who believed it was freeing pokemon, so Penance would actually be extremely out of context when fighting Getis.
