Blizzard?
As, Thunder always had 70% accuracy whereas Blizzard only started having it in Gen 2, I think the parent move should be Thunder not Blizzard. RubyLeafGreenCrystal (talk) 03:16, 12 July 2017 (UTC)

- This would be a better argument to make on the move variations talk page. As long as that article considers Blizzard to be the parent move, the template and this trivium will continue to say Blizzard. If you want it to change here, it must change there first.
