Whoever wrote this must not be aware of the Special Split that happened nearly 10 years ago. Back in R/B/Y when there was only one Special stat, all Fighting types had very low Special, but the thing is that this is based on their SPECIAL ATTACK stat and NOT their future Special Defense. When G/S were released the Kanto Fighting types had either slightly higher Special Defense than there Defense stat (Machamp's is 85 compared to it's 80 Defense, and ALL Hitmons have 110 Special Defense where none of their Defense stats are higher than Hitmontop's Base 95 Defense). Even lesser Fighting types like Primeape and Poliwrath had either equal or greater Special Defense (Poliwrath is the only fully evolved Kanto Fighting type to have a lower Special Defense, but the difference between it's Defense is very small and both are Base 90 or higher). The other IMPORTANT thing to notice is that BOTH statistical averages for Fighting type stats have Special Defense higher than their Defense stats (And if I haven't said so already, the REAL lowest stat is Special ATTACK, not Special Defense). So if this could be modified and replaced with mentions of low Special Attack instead of low Special Defense this would be greatly appreciated.
