I checked the Raltspedia site and...nothing was there! There's a new wiki called Pokéteca (which means Pokémon Library) which is operated by PkStation. No, it doesn't have all the Pokémon articles. According to a sysop, they do have a Creative Commons License, but it doesn't really say on the site itself.
