Rigley?

Am I the only one who believes that this Pokémon's name is derived from Ellen Ripley and should be spelt "Rigley" in Romaji because of that? Of course, it's not Ripley who's an alien but the alien connotations are there. I believe that Ripley is not unfamilliar to the Japanese audience. --Maxim 14:56, 29 September 2010 (UTC)

  • Believe it or not! I don't know much about Romaji, but since they're technically pronounced the same, it's a bit of trivia at the least.Yurtablemoron 17:54, 29 September 2010 (UTC)

Perigee/Apogee

I believe the name could have partly come from the terms perigee and abogee, which fit the space theme of Riguree. - unsigned comment from Slashbriar (talkcontribs)

That's just deceiving spelling. This -ee isn't pronounced as in English. So, your guess is probably wrong. Also, sign your comments (use four tildes). --Maxim 21:16, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
